You can find more settings on the Ease of Access page where you can quickly turn on High Constrast. Tab to Desktop Background and press the up arrow to select from the provided High Contrast Themes.From this screen you can select windows themes including the High Contrast Themes.Click to select or press ‘Alt’ + ‘C’ to select ‘ Fine tune display effects’ and open the Personalization window.Under ‘Explore all settings’, ‘Tab’ to and ‘Enter’ or click to select ‘Make the computer easier to see’.Using a mouse move the mouse pointer to the upper right hand corner of the screen, then move the pointer down to select 'Search' and enter Ease of Access in the search box and tap 'Settings' then tap 'Ease of Access Centre'.On a touch-enabled device, swipe in from the right hand edge of the screen then tap 'Search' and enter Ease of Access in the search box and tap 'Settings' then tap 'Ease of Access' from the search results.
To open the Ease of Access Centre press ‘Windows’ logo key + ‘U’.You can also select a custom color with a single click. Aero8Tuner allows you to save a list of your favorite custom colors that you can easily switch between them. Instead of playing with those three sliders, you can try Aero8Tuner, which we mentioned as a way of re-enabling transparent window borders in Windows 8. It’s possible to specify a variety of colors with the sliders in the window above, but this may not be the most convenient way of doing it. To tweak your colors even further, click the Show color mixer drop-down option and use the four sliders to customize it. To re-enable automatic window border color selection, select the color at the top-left corner of the list. You can select one of the predefined colors from this list. If you want to set a color independently from the background color – or tweak the automatically selected color – click the Color option in the Personalization window. Windows won’t always choose the main color in the image – for example, when you select the below flower image, Windows chooses a pink color for the window borders instead of a blue one.
